A wish for Tanabata...

2011-07-07
"Nijinoie" and "Taiyounoie"Every year on Tanabata, we ask our users to write down their wishes and make Tanabata decorations out of bamboo.

She is always excited about her husband."Taiyounoie"PeopleWhen I asked her, "What would you like to write as your wish?" she replied, "I guess I hope my grandpa lives a long life."

When I said, "That's different from usual (lol)," she smiled and said, "No matter what you say, it's lonely without grandpa around."
It's really nice, isn't it? A couple who love each other.

"Nijinoie"Users ofUnfortunately, it's getting harder and harder to write down my own wishes every year.
But this year, I'm 101 years old.He did his best to write it!

『Thank you now.』

Perhaps it is because he is grateful to have lived such a long life of 101 years.
These words somehow make me want to cry.

Other wishes included "May you stay beautiful forever," "May your day be bright, fun, and energetic," and "May your legs be strong," all of which were positive and uplifting.

Our staff will do their best to help you make your wishes come true.

Always"Nijinoie" and "Taiyounoie"Minh and Phan are Vietnamese trainees who help out by weeding the outside of the facility and in the fields.
My three-year internship at the head office will end in June and I will be returning to Vietnam.
The two have not been able to return to Vietnam for three years and are very much looking forward to their return!

Every day, the staff are busy."Nijinoie" and "Taiyounoie"It's really hard to keep a big garden clean all the time.
At times like that, the head of the company, Min-kun, and Hwang-kun come to help out.

On this day, they made Vietnamese spring rolls by hand!
It's not easy to get the authentic taste of Asia. I enjoyed the food.
But some people might not like it...

Min-kun and Hwan-kun, let's meet again someday~

I've started a blog.

2011-05-10

I started a blog

"Nijinoie" and "Taiyounoie"We conducted a fire evacuation drill together with the school.
This time"Taiyounoie"The experiment was carried out under the assumption that a fire had broken out in a user relaxation area in the hall due to a kotatsu being left on.
The event was held during the day, so we had plenty of staff and the whole thing went smoothly.
However, our users seem to get scared when the fire alarm goes off, so the staff become very serious every time.

Last time, the evacuation drill was conducted at night, which turned out to be quite a struggle.
It was a good opportunity for all the staff to try various methods and think together about how to evacuate users as quickly as possible.

I am taking care of precious families, so I will be vigilant and stay on my toes every day.
