Major awards and appearances
Energy Conservation Grand Prize Winner
In 2016, we were awarded the prestigious Energy Conservation Grand Prize.

In the 2000s, we experienced a large drop in orders, which led us to adopt the motto of "cutting off electricity without cutting staff," and to work on "meticulous demand management" and "maintaining and managing air quality through air conditioning and ventilation." These efforts were highly evaluated, and in 2015, despite being a small- or medium-sized enterprise, we were able to receive the prestigious Energy Conservation Grand Prize alongside large companies.
At first glance, our manufacturing and nursing care businesses seem to be unrelated fields, but by developing nursing care services based on our know-how regarding work efficiency in manufacturing, we are able to provide our users with more comprehensive support for independence and create an environment where it is easy for staff to work.
We received a certificate of completion for the "2022 (Reiwa 4) Gunma SDGs Coaching Program x Tomioka City Economic Gardening Project."

Main initiatives

Environmental management and energy conservation

Electricity visualization
Attempt 01
Electricity visualization

By utilizing smart meters and smart clocks, we have achieved visualization of electricity usage.
This has made it possible to reduce the difference between the maximum and minimum demand values, leading to a reduction in the contracted power (peak demand value) while maintaining maximum efficiency in production.
Establishing an energy management system
Attempt 02
Establishing an energy management system

We created and appointed a new position called "Eco Leader," and have the eco leader take the lead in holding a power management meeting every evening, bringing together on-site leaders. We have created an environment in which optimal production schedules can be created by adjusting the operation of machines that consume a lot of power so that they do not overlap. In addition, we have held regular energy-saving study sessions for staff to standardize the knowledge level of everyone. By sharing information and increasing knowledge, a system of cooperation has been built throughout the company. As a result, between 2010 and 2023 (14 years) production volume increased by 3 times the volume, and contracted power consumption decreased by 45%.

Solving local community issues

Diversity management
Attempt 01
Diversity management

Empowering women has been a hallmark of our company since our founding.
70% of the staff are women, and many female staff members are appointed to positions of responsibility. In addition, we started accepting technical intern trainees in 2005 and have continued to do so to this day. We have produced more than 30 graduates and have been supporting the active participation of foreign human resources for many years.
Nursing care business
Attempt 02
Nursing care business

Since 2003, we have been operating three facilities with four functions: group home Nijinoie, small-scale multi-functional home "Taiyonoie," residential nursing home "Sugao," and day service "Sugao," and providing support to the local community.
We provide a comfortable space that will serve as your second home.
